About At Your Pace
At Your Pace is a health coaching service created to help you build sustainable habits that improve your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing - without pressure, perfection, or overwhelm. Whether you're living with a long-term condition or adjusting to a new diagnosis, this is support designed around you.
Living with a long-term condition can be exhausting in ways that are often invisible. You're managing symptoms, appointments, medication, uncertainty, and the constant balancing act of deciding where your limited energy goes. You may have been told to “stay positive” or “listen to your body” without anyone explaining what that actually looks like in everyday life.
At Your Pace offers a compassionate alternative: a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

You don't have to carry this alone
I believe you deserve to feel seen, supported, and never alone. After years of working with people navigating long-term conditions, I've witnessed how heavy life can feel - and how transformative it is when someone finally listens. My hope is that this becomes one of the spaces you feel truly heard.
My Purpose
My purpose is to walk alongside people living with chronic illness as they build small, sustainable habits that support their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Through coaching, facilitation, and public speaking, I create compassionate, non-judgemental spaces where people feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
My Vision
A world where people living with chronic illness feel seen, supported, and confident in shaping their own wellbeing - creating sustainable habits that honour their energy, their values, and what matters most in their lives.
About Me
I'm Fiona, a registered health coach with a Level 5 Diploma from the Health Coaches Academy. I support people living with chronic illness and long-term conditions to build sustainable habits and feel more confident in their wellbeing.
For 14 years, I worked in hospice care, supporting people and families through bereavement, dementia, social isolation, and some of life's most difficult moments. Today, I work part-time for a national arthritis charity and continue to see first hand the realities of living with long-term health conditions.
These experiences have shaped the way I coach. I've learned that meaningful change rarely comes from pressure or being told what to do - it comes from feeling supported, understood, and empowered.
Who I Am Here For
If you're living with a long-term health condition, I'm here for you - whether you're navigating:
- Persistent pain or fatigue (e.g., Fibromyalgia, ME)
- Autoimmune or inflammatory conditions
- Arthritis or conditions that affect mobility
- A long-term condition shaping your daily life
- The early stages of a new diagnosis
How Coaching Helps
A doctor treats the condition. A health coach helps you live well with it. Together, we explore:
- Routines that work with your energy
- Nutrition that supports your wellbeing
- Movement you can sustain
- Stress and nervous-system regulation
- Pacing and energy management - balancing activity with rest
- Sleep and recovery habits
- Emotional resilience and self-compassion
- Goals that feel meaningful and achievable
Why Community Matters Here
Chronic illness is often lived quietly and invisibly - and far too many people carry it alone. In our local community, people are navigating exhaustion, isolation, and uncertainty without enough spaces that truly understand their lived reality.
At Your Pace is part of changing that. Through peer support, local connection, and compassionate wellbeing spaces, you can find:
- Support that's accessible and human
- People who understand what you're living with
- Tools that make daily life feel more manageable
- A community where you don't have to explain yourself
- A place to feel heard, supported, and less alone
This work strengthens our community by reducing isolation and helping people - including you - feel more confident and connected in their wellbeing.
